Our ice creams and sorbets are made with love in our ice cream lab, where we also handle egg, dairy, gluten, peanuts, other nuts, sesame & sulphites.

To keep your ice cream or sorbet in tip top condition, store in the freezer (around -18C) and take out 10 minutes before serving to allow it to soften.

Organic whole MILK, sugars (sucrose, glucose), CREAM, ALMONDS, skimmed MILK powder, 70% dark chocolate, BUTTER, natural stabilisers (Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan), vanilla extract, almond oil, ethanol, bicarbonate of soda, salt. (Allergies in CAPITAL letters)
